M. Shawn Morley

Partner | CPA | Bilingual Business Consultant

Shawn Morley brings over 40 years of experience in accounting, tax consulting, and small business advisory. A graduate of the University of Utah with a dual degree and emphasis in Tax/Accounting and Spanish, Shawn combines financial expertise with cultural fluency to serve a diverse range of clients.

He specializes in tax advisory and preparation—including complex tax strategy, multi-state and foreign tax matters—financial statement compilation, review and audit services. His background also includes mediation, consulting, and business valuation services.

Shawn is a member of the Utah Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He’s also an Arthur Andersen - Los Angeles alum.

Jeffrey A. Maynes

Partner | CPA | Tax & Audit Specialist

Jeff Maynes holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA with an Accounting emphasis from Southern Utah University. He brings strong expertise in tax preparation, financial statement audits, and nonprofit accounting.

Jeff works closely with clients on corporate and individual tax returns, financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. He also provides consulting to support sound business decision-making. He is a member of the Utah Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys staying active through running and hiking, unwinding with a good book or great music, and spending quality time with my family—especially if good food is involved.

Spencer S. Morley

Managing Partner | Fractional CFO | Business Systems Strategist | Small Business Advisor

Spencer Morley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah Valley University and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. With a strong foundation in both strategic thinking and financial management, Spencer specializes in optimizing business management systems and leveraging analytics to drive growth.

He brings hands-on experience across the Construction, Retail, and Services industries, offering tailored solutions that help small-business owners build robust accounting systems, perform insightful financial analysis, and access high-level CFO services. Spencer is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs with the tools and clarity they need to make confident, data-driven decisions.

Cory Morley

Auditor & Assurance Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in audit and assurance services, Cory Morley brings a depth of expertise and dedication to helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes.

He holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, combining strong technical knowledge with a practical, business-minded approach.

Outside of work, Cory enjoys playing pickleball, traveling abroad, camping with his family, and discovering new restaurants and cuisines. He and his wife are proud parents of four boys who keep life busy and fun.

Jarom Morley

Business Advisory Specialist

Jarom Morley helps business owners stay on top of their numbers and make informed decisions with confidence. His expertise includes bookkeeping, preparing monthly financial statements, and providing business advisory services that support long-term growth and stability.

Clients value Jarom’s practical approach and his commitment to making financial information easy to understand and apply. He works closely with each client to provide insights that go beyond the numbers, helping them see the bigger picture.

Outside of work, Jarom enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys.

Caleb Morley

Individual Tax Specialist

With more than 10 years of experience in tax and accounting, Caleb Morley has built a reputation for being thorough, approachable, and client-focused. He specializes in preparing individual tax returns and has extensive experience preparing tax projections.

Whether it’s preparing tax returns or planning ahead with tax projections, Caleb makes the numbers easy to understand so clients can spend more time on what matters most to them.

Outside of the office, Caleb enjoys spending time with his family and dog, whether it’s relaxing at home or getting outdoors.

Sherilyn Neuenswander

Payroll & Individual Tax Specialist

Sherilyn Neuenswander brings over 30 years of payroll experience, with a deep understanding of the details and care required to keep things running smoothly. She earned her associate degree from Dixie State and continued her studies at the University of Utah.

Originally from Utah, Sherilyn is one of five sisters and now enjoys life with her husband, Mark, of 26 years. She loves reading, gardening, and exploring the world—her favorite travel destinations so far include Italy and Austria.

Blake Schaeffer

Compliance Department Head

Blake Schaeffer brings a sharp analytical eye and a detail-oriented approach to his role as Head of Compliance, backed by three years of hands-on experience in small business tax.

A graduate of Limestone College, Blake earned his Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Computer and Information Systems Security with a minor in Criminal Justice. He is also a federally licensed Enrolled Agent.

When he's not navigating complex tax regulations, Blake enjoys gardening, bird watching, swimming, CrossFit, and the occasional 5K fun run. He and his wife share their home with five rescued pets, including a blind blue heeler and four lovable cats.

Hailey Shoemaker

Individual Tax Specialist | Marketing & Sales Director

With a unique blend of tax expertise and creative strategy, Hailey Shoemaker brings five years of experience supporting clients with individual tax preparation while also leading marketing and sales initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Family Studies with a minor in Communications from Brigham Young University, combining empathy, communication, and business sense in her approach to client service and team leadership.

Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and their young daughter, with a baby boy on the way. She's passionate about graphic design, loves getting lost in a good book, and finds joy in creating and designing in both her personal and professional life.

Alex Macbeth

Bookkeeper

Alex Macbeth has been part of our team for two years, where he supports corporate clients with accurate bookkeeping and day-to-day financial organization. He brings a detail-oriented approach and a commitment to helping clients keep their records clear and reliable.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that’s hiking, exploring new trails, or simply enjoying fresh air. His steady approach and easygoing personality make him a valued member of our team and a trusted resource for our clients.

Alyssa Warren

Office Manager

Alyssa Warren brings over five years of experience in front office operations, client services, and customer support. Known for her people-first mindset, Alyssa is currently pursuing a degree in Business and Administration to further expand her skill set.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her fiancé—whether they're cooking, hitting the gym, or catching up on reality TV. Alongside their German Shepherd, Sirsha, they love exploring Utah through hiking, camping, and paddleboarding. Alyssa is also a fan of boxing workouts, Disney magic, and quality time with family. As a Type 1 diabetic, she’s passionate about raising awareness and hopes to make a meaningful impact in the T1D community.

Jetti Andrewsen

Business Manager

With over 15 years of hands-on management experience—much of it in the dental industry—Jetti Andrewsen is known for her practical leadership, problem-solving mindset, and people-first approach.

She proudly credits the “school of hard knocks” for shaping her skills, having gained real-world knowledge through years of dedication and hard work.

Jetti is married to her best friend and is the proud mom of four incredible kids. She currently serves as president-elect of the PTA and loves hiking, playing with puppies, going on motorcycle rides, and cheering on her kids at football games and dance recitals.
